Gurpreet Singh currently serves as an Associate Partner having over 17 yrs. of experience and currently heads Litigation and ADR Practice of the firm. Associate Partner
Shikha is an Associate Partner at the firm and heads its Corporate Advisory practice. A qualified Company Secretary, she has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2010. Bringing rich dual expertise in legal compliance and corporate governance, she advises clients on complex regulatory matters, corporate restructuring, and commercial transactions.
Associated with the firm since 2008, Shikha has worked across almost all of the firm’s practice areas and is currently heading firm’s Corporate Advisory practice of the firm.
She presently focusses on regulatory and corporate compliances for NPOs and NGOs apart from leading the corporate re-structuring matters including mergers, de-mergers, hiving off, slump sale and winding-up of corporates.

In her role, she delivers seamless, integrated solutions that protect client assets across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. Her comprehensive IP expertise spans the full lifecycle of trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs.
A law graduate since 2018, she is best known for her patience, perseverance, humility and garners strength from her spiritual practice.

Controller Human Resources, Administration & Finance
Nitika is a member of the leadership team and holds two roles, she leads the firm’s internal operations, including human resources, administration and finance and she supports its family law practice, with a focus on matrimonial disputes, counselling and mediation.
Calm, methodical and a patient listener, she handles sensitive family matters with empathy and strict confidentiality. Her background in commerce and education informs how she manages the firm’s people, processes and finances.

- Handles matrimonial disputes, confidential counselling sessions and private mediation, observing strict professional confidentiality and privilege throughout.
- Serves as a trusted corporate compliance partner, regularly conducting impactful POSH training and awareness programs, representing the firm as an external member on the POSH Internal Committees (IC) of client organizations to ensure fair and legal grievance redressal.
- Heads the firm’s finance division, managing budgeting and compliance.
