Rajneesh Sood
Managing Partner
A qualified Company Secretary, enrolled with the Bar since 1998 after stints with a law firm started his independent legal practice under the trade name of “RAJNEESH SOOD & CO.” in 2000 and promoted the firm in 2015 to embrace more partners having diversified experience in various fields of law as a means to serve client needs for services under one roof and to create a structure that perpetually succeeds in the years ahead.
He has rich experience of over two decades in advising and guiding foreign investors on diverse legal issues in India and assists, advises local businesses set up corporations overseas and possesses a flair for reviewing and drafting legal documentation.
Rajneesh represents foreign corporations on the Board of their Indian subsidiaries as lead India Counsel to ensure that their business interests, work ethos and compliances under local laws are not compromised. A brilliant presenter and persuasive negotiator in joint ventures, collaborations, trademark arrangements and board room dynamics, he adds value in client matters by giving personal time and attention to achieve early closures.
He has been acting as an Arbitrator to adjudicate commercial litigations and also mediates between the parties to settle personal/matrimony, employment and commercial disputes.
He is invited to present and speak on issues concerning business, fiscal and labour laws by various educational, social and professional bodies.

Gurpreet Singh
Associate Partner
Gurpreet is a qualified Company Secretary and is also enrolled with the Bar. Since the beginning of his professional career, he had inclination towards litigation side of the profession and has been the driving force in growing the Mediation & Litigation practice of the firm.
He joined the firm as a trainee and grew to the position of an Associate Partner of the firm to now head its Mediation & Litigation practice. He also enters appearances before the various judicial and quasi-judicial forums for client matters.
Gurpreet is endowed with qualities of researcher with legal acumen, punctuality, tenacity of purpose and discipline describes his attributes at work.

Shikha Prabhakar
Associate Partner
Shikha is a qualified Company Secretary and is enrolled with the Bar since 2010. She has been associated with the firm Since 2008 and has to her credit, the privilege of having worked in almost all the practice areas of the firm. Shikha heads the Corporate Advisory practice while overseeing the Secretarial compliances practice of the firm.
She regularly represents the firms clientele before the National Company law Tribunal (NCLT) in merger/amalgamation/re-structuring and matters of winding up. She represents the firm as an external member in the POSH committee constituted for the prevention of sexual harassment of women at workplace.
A confident professional who takes on challenging assignment, a solution provider and a team player are the few attributes that identifies her at work.

Sandeepta Bose
Senior Associate
Sandeepta started her career as a Company Secretary in 2010 and has had professional stints as a Company Secretary of a Corporate and with our firm spread over past years.
She also qualified law in 2018 and has independent charge of the Trade Marks & Copyrights practice of the firm, apart from handling secretarial compliances of client concerns. Possessing post qualification experience of over a decade she has patience and perseverance as her key attributes.
