Gurpreet Singh

Gurpreet is an Advocate and a qualified Company Secretary and is also enrolled with the Bar. Since the beginning of his professional career, he had inclination towards litigation side of the profession and has been the driving force in growing the Mediation & Litigation practice of the firm.

He joined the firm as a trainee in 2009 and grew to the position of an Associate Partner of the firm to now head its Mediation & Litigation practice. He also enters appearances before the various judicial and quasi-judicial forums for client matters.

Gurpreet is endowed with qualities of researcher with legal acumen, punctuality, tenacity of purpose and discipline describes his attributes at work.

• Bachelor’s Degree in law in the year 2007.
• Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2009.

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2011.
