Shikha Prabhakar

Shikha is a qualified Company Secretary and is enrolled with the Bar since 2010. She has been associated with the firm Since 2008 and has to her credit, the privilege of having worked in almost all the practice areas of the firm. Shikha heads the Corporate Advisory practice while overseeing the Secretarial compliances practice of the firm.

She regularly represents the firm’s clientele before the National Company law Tribunal (NCLT) in merger/amalgamation/re-structuring and matters of winding up. She represents the firm as an external member in the POSH committee constituted for the prevention of sexual harassment of women at workplace.

A confident professional who takes on challenging assignment, a solution provider and a team player are the few attributes that identifies her at work.

• Bachelor’s Degree in law from University of Delhi in the year 2009.
• Company Secretaryship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 2007.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi in the year 2005.

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since November 2007.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since April 2010.
• Empanelled as Independent Director with IICA, under the aegis of MCA.
